Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Domestic shipping: Calculated at checkout.

• Sorry no international shipping just yet! 

Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or seasonal volume. All This And is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help you track things down.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-one, all sales are final.

That said, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Wear and tear

• Improper care or handling

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Care & Wear

Vintage and deadstock materials may show slight variations or natural signs of age - this is part of what makes each piece special! We recommend handling jewelry with care and avoiding water, perfumes, and lotions to extend the life of your piece.
